Our Professional Development

At Sandberg Phoenix, we have an unparalleled commitment to the ongoing education and development of our members.

We understand the importance of learning and applying new knowledge and skills to deliver excellent client service. Our professional development includes a variety of formal initiatives such as conferences, our Mentoring Program, and in-house continuing legal education (CLE) presentations, as well as informal efforts such as the day-to-day sharing of knowledge among colleagues.

We recognize the importance of continuing professional development, and ensure all our members receive the education and support needed to make meaningful contributions to our firm. We go beyond meeting minimal CLE requirements so that we can exceed our clients’ expectations and needs. In particular, our Professional Development Series, developed through our Professional Development Committee, focuses on practical tips and efficient ways to achieve desired results in a wide variety of client matters, relating recent developments and trends to our clients and their goals.
