BUSINESS LITIGATION, COLLECTIONS LITIGATOR - ST. LOUIS, MO
Sandberg Phoenix is recruiting for an experienced collections litigator with 6+ years of experience with emphasis in Homeowner’s Association Work (HOA) to provide a high level of client service along with leading and managing the HOA collections real estate litigation team. This position is located in the firm’s St. Louis office and practicing both in Missouri and Kansas.
This role within Sandberg Phoenix provides the following opportunities:
- Representing clients in consumer collections litigation.
- Implementing FDCPA requirements and debt verification issues.
- Developing case strategies and negotiate settlements on behalf of clients when applicable.
- Managing the collections processes for homeowner’s and condo associations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Leading and supervising a team of associates and paraprofessionals, providing guidance, management of workload and training to ensure case management and deadlines are met.
